Universal Instrumentation Corp., formerly USA Universal, has served the pharmaceutical industry for nearly 40 years. Established by Alex Mircea in 1985, we provide a full range of services across the test and measurement field — including the installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of instrumentation, as well as cleanroom certification and testing.
We began as a control-systems integration company, specializing in retrofitting control systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment — primarily mixing, granulation, and tablet-coating equipment — for generic pharmaceutical companies in New Jersey and Long Island. Servicing the equipment we installed quickly grew from a small part of the business into our core venture.
